My Buisness
I had my buisness up for sell. I found a buyer for it. The land lord would not return her phone calls. One of my employees went behind my back and signed a lease. They didn`t want any part of my buisness, menu,or name. Now there are signs up at the store with my name I still own that name. They Land lord came into the shop the last week I was there and store some of my propert also how do I do cease and disest/

Your posting is unclear, but if someone is using a business name to which you hold intellectual property rights, you may demand that they cease and desist such usage. Regarding the lease, your employee may have bound your company depending on the situation, i.e. he/she may have had apparent authority to sign the lease for the company.
