Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
business county or residence county?
I want to file a small claims suit against a contractor who did not finish the work he was paid for. Do I sue in the county of his business license or the county of his residence?

Re: business county or residence county?
If the agreement was with him personally, then you would sue in the count of his residence. If the agreement was with an incorporated business entity, it is more complicated and you should speak with a local attorney to determine the address for venue.
