Business Debt
I've got a customer who established a business account with my company and ran up a $20,000 debt now choses to ignore us and hasn't paid a dime. Is this illegal what recourse do you have here?

It is illegal in the sense that is a breach of the applicable agreement. It is unlikely that it is illegal in the criminal sense. However, you would have a solid civil action under a breach of contract claim. I recommend having a local business attorney send the customer a demand letter and then file suit if there is no positive response.
