Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Business Loan
I purchased a self-service ice machine from a company using and SBA loan. I have had the unit for a total of one month and it has not been operating correctly during that time. The company has basically ignored my pleas to send a service person to repair it. I think that this is only fair since it is under warranty. We are my rights in this situation.

Re: Business Loan
Your "rights" are in the warranty you mentioned and other sale documents, rather than what is "fair." Read the warranty, and if the defects are covered, request the company comply with the warranty. Where you obtained the money to purchase the machine likely has no relevance to the issue.
