Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

I called Lenovo last thursday to turn my laptop in for repair. They told me that my warranty would expire three days later. They offered me a 2 year warrunty extension with accidental damage protection. I wasnt sure so they told me they would call me back in a few days and offer me the same deal. They called me today and they offered me the same deal. 2 year warrunty and accidental damage protection for $169. I agreed and paid for the service. They then tried to call me back an hour later and tell me that they cannot offer me Accidental damage protection since I am not within 6 months of buying my laptop. I already paid for the service they are telling me I cannot have. I told them to forward this to their supervisor and he told me the same thing. I then requested that he connect me to someone that can make the system accept this since I have already been sold this service. He is forwarding it to consumer relations since they are the only ones that can fix it. Do I have a leg to stand on? They already sold and charged me for this Accidental Damage Protection. They can't call me after the transcation and tell me I cannot have it right?

That depends on the terms of the written documents and also on whether they ever actually charged you.
