Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
i was charged for a meal at burger and then they said it didnt go through and said i had to have another form of payment so a friend i was with covered me but when i got home and checked my bank account i was charger for the meal and my friend was charged for the same meal when i asked them to help they wouldnt is there any legal action i can take if i can prove the charged me twice for the same meal and they wouldnt fix it

Sure, you can spend $5000 or so, hire a lawyer, and sue them to recover a few dollars.
Or you can dispute the bill with your bank, following the instructions on the back of your charge card statement (it must be in writing) and the charge will be reversed by your bank.
