Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Charity
I am wanting to set up something collecting used medical equipment that is donated and give to needy people. What would you need to do if you took donations to help with expenses?

Re: Charity
It would probably be best to set up a non-profit corporation so that the revenue/donations would not have to be reported as your individual income. Plus, not having a non-profit in place may limit people's donations.
