Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
client dispute
Hi,
I own a small business in Atlanta that provides home management and organizational services.
I recently lewt go of a client and she is now disputing a charge on her credit `card. I have the email giving me permission to use the card, etc. I have all other supporting documents as well. She has already called a store and told them that I used the card without her permission. I happen to order from that store often and I do not want the label of fraudulent charges hanging over me. There is more to the story, that I would like to speak about over the phone or in person.

Re: client dispute
Generally, you will have the option to rebut the charge dispute and provide documentation to show it was authorized. It usually takes a few weeks, but will probably eventually go through.
If you would like to discuss any issues further, please feel free to contact my office. My contact information is below. Thank you.
