Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
If a college I attended reported a loan that I never took out, what are my legal options? I am already getting collection notices. My first initial loan I had taken out has been paid off since 2010 with documentation.

You've contradicted yourself in your post so there's no way to answer you. You say a college is reporting a loan you never took out and then are saying you took out a loan and paid it. Which is the correct story?
