Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
i have a company and a contract for services....we did no services with company....contract has expired, and a non company person has sued me for profits on the contract.......now the contract has expired, can the person still pressure there lawsuit with my company even Theo the contract for services has expired and my company "never" got any moneys from the contract???

Your post makes no sense at all, so there is no way to answer it except to tell you that if you have been sued and do not hire a lawyer, expect to lose the suit.

It depends on the terms of the contract. Have a local business attorney review the agreement and discuss the situation.
