Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
If a company fails to automatically retrieve a payment from a consumer in which both parties agreed upon would occur on a monthly basis (because of an electronic error in their part), am I required to pay them the lump sum (as they are requesting) when they discover there was an issue; even if this failure was on their part and it continued for several months without both parties knowledge that the payments were not going through?

Depending on the exact terms of the agreement, you will most likely have to pay them. It is actually a windfall for you since you got to keep the money longer.
As Scott and I told you the last time you talked around the facts without giving the actual specific facts there is no way to answer you as you again did what you did the last time - left out the details.
