Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

The company I work for provides phones that we use to transmit information. It is rumored that they are tracking us through gps, however I cannot find anything about that in the Company handbook. I was told that these phones came out after the handbook was published, yet I haven't read or signed anything regarding this. Is it legal for them to track me without first letting me know, or having me sign something? I have heard conflicting reports, and just wanted to clear it up, not only for me, but other co workers.

It's their phone. They can do as they please. (At least one cell phone company, Sprint, now requires each phone user to get notice, which I believe is done by a text to the phone, but there is no law that requires it).
