Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Me and the company I was working for signed an agreement that stated if I were to quit or get terminated I will have 30 days to pay it off. Instead the went ahead and took it out my check and now I have bills that I can't pay. They also didn't give my comp time pay.

You didn't ask a question, but if you think you have a legal dispute, take your agreement to a lawyer to review and determine if you have a case. No one who has not read the agreement will know. Comp time is usually lost when you lose a job.

It is common to deduct debts from final checks - that is making sure it is paid within 30 days as you agreed. Otherwise, if you did not have the money to pay them back how could you have paid them?
