Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

My compny name and link was taken off of a site I built.

I recently built a site for a client that i gave a very very discounted deal to, that when I told her I wouldn't do server side programming for free also and that she would have to pay for it, she took my company name off of the site i built. What can i do. She only paid $300 for an entire site with hours worth of work and changes.

Your post is unclear, at best. If you had an agreement to do work in exchange for a certain fee, try to collect. You don't say what the company link or name has to do with the money issue.

You don't give enough facts for anyone to give you a reliable answer. You may have a Small Claims court case. Consult with a local attorney.

Did they agreement dictate that she had to keep your company name up on the site? If so, you may have a claim for breach of agreement.
