Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

I am a computer business. I just recently closed down one of my locations, but I still have a valid lease on paper. My landlord is now allowing another business with almost the same name as me move into this location so they can leech off of my traffic. Can I sue them for this in some manner?

Did you ever trademark your name? Did you breach your lease? You have left out very pertinent information needed to answer you. In fact someone may be suing you. Since no successful business should ever be run without an attorney on retainer or on call, what did your attorney, who knows these details, tell you?
