Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
contract
I go to a private school but I wanna transfer to the local public school. The catch is we have already payed the tuition and its a binding contract. How can I get out of it and have the tuition refunded?

Contracts are supposed to be binding. No one here has a copy. Read it, and see what you or your parents agreed to regarding refunds and transfers.
