Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Contract
I signed a contract for coordination services, however the contract was not be honored and the business offered a refund and cancellation of the contract via email. They also on several occasions after that stated I would be receiving a refund but have yet to receive anything. Can an email be sufficent grounds for a court to honor the refund and cacellation?

Re: Contract
There is a good chance that the contract states how it can be amended or cancelled. Otherwise, a contract generally needs to be cancelled in the same form as the contract - in this case, in writing.
