How could I copy right a way of doing business?
I have this idea about a certain of doing business in the insurance industry. Exactly, how would I patent that idea.

Ideas are not protected under intellectual property laws. You would need to keep your ideas secret (or only disclose the idea to people that sign a non-disclosure agreement) until the idea is put into a concrete form that can be protected.
