Corporate meeting notification
According to the law in GA if correct says 30 days must be granted for a called stockholders meeting or board meeting is this correct?

30 day notice is required under most circumstances if corporation has 500 or more shareholders. more notice may be required if specified in the articles of incorporation or bylaws. some exceptions may apply. see O.C.G.A. 14-2-141 for more detailed info. you can research all of the georgia statutes at http://www.ganet.org/services/ocode/ocgsearch.htm
