Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Corporation Law
I need to form a Corporation that houses several different other business or corporations, an Umbrella Corporation. Is There a different procedure for forming this or do I form it the regular way that you form a corporation?

You are well served by having a lawyer review the situation to determine the best set-up, and then to do it. It is a small price to pay to have it done correctly to begin with. If you have to ask how to do it, there might be many other questions you don't know to ask. A corporation is often not even the best type of entity.
