Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
costume
if i bought a costume to use at church but never asked for letter of donation and leave church, is it legal for me to take costume? church is saying they sent me letter of donation but it didn't have money amount so technically costume is theirs. I never asked for letter, never received letter. I have invoice from company i bought costume from and put it on my cc.
Please advise

Re: costume
You either donated it, or you did not. If you two cannot figure it out, no one else can. Is is not, or should not be, a legal matter.
