Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
I an creating an online website in Georgia and i wanted to publish it so that i can test out the site and see if it works but i am not sure if i have to tax the items or not. I only have five products to start with. If i do have to tax the items by how mucg would it be?

Probably, but it depends on the product and how you sell it. Check the GA Department of Revenue's website.

If you plan to sell items (whether you call it a test or not), you need to be set up to charge sales tax where it is required.
