Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
I have a customer that has refused to pay for vehicle repairs, he demands his vehicle be released to him, we are in GA. what can I do? Do I need a storage permit to keep the vehicle?

Talk to your attorney about whether and how to assert a mechanics lien. If you're in the car repair business, you certainly should already have an attorney and this is certainly a time to call him.
