Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Ebay has suspended my account indefinately for an issue posed to "threat of authenticity of items" without hearing my side of the story or getting proof. Unfortunately this has effected my paypal account as well, they have also placed my on an indefinite suspension. Paypal will not release my checking account information nor let me close the account, there for I cannot conduct business with anyother internet markets. What should i do

Besides seeing a lawyer about potentially serious criminal and civil charges against you (the penalties for selling fake items are enormous and eBay may turn you over to law enforcement), you get a bank account elsewhere, and if you want to accept credit card payments, use one of the thousands of processors out there.
