Embezzlement

I am a co-owner of a repo co. I think the other guy has been

taking money from the co. for personal use there never is any monies in the account, how can I find this out? And what can I do about it? He just has moved out of state and

left the co. high and dry he is a con artist.

You should be able to review your books, or hire someone to do it, and determine if your partner improperly took monies. If so, you may report him to the police and file suit for his actions.
