If I receive my LAST payroll check BEYOND the payroll date,
what options due I have in the state of Georgia for the LATE payroll payment??

I am not sure what the problem or question is. Are you simply saying you rec'd your payroll check late? If so, and the check was good when you cashed it, I am not sure what "options" there would be. If this is not your question, you should probably write a more clear question.
