Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

Are escourt services legal in FL, GA

I want to start a escourt service and was wondering as long as I make a written contract between client and business and a contract between employee and business stating the company provides a service of a escourt and that any thing sexually happens between the couple that we are not prmoting sex we are only providing a service and if anything happens outside of our a agreement it is between consenting adults. And I report all transactions to IRS is this covering all my bases of staying within the law?

Re: Are escourt services legal in FL, GA

Yes (at least in Georgia) as long as they truly are providing escort services and not prostitution. Having a written contract might help, but it will not limit a criminal prosecution upon proof otherwise.
