Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
I am trying to find out what paperwork I would need to file to dismiss myself from a corporation I started with a "friend". I want no association with him or the business and need to find out how I get out of this business. thanks

You need a lawyer. If your friend is not cooperative, this will likely involve litigation.
You may end up having to file a lawsuit to accomplish this, but initially, the internal documentation of the company - by-laws, shareholders agreement, etc. - will determine your rights and obligations.

The foregoing is general information only, not specific legal advice. No attorney/client relation has been created or should be implied.
Any attorney will say more information is needed. How are you associated with the corporation? Are you a shareholder, an officer, etc? If an officer, you many just need to resign. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
