Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
firing
My husband was recently fired from his job for doing waht he was told to do by his general manager. It resulted in he and his boss loosing their jobs. Then they put together a horrible separation notice basically calling my husband a lier and a theif. Do we have any legal recourse against the company?

Re: firing
A starting point would be the specific allegations and language in the notice, the accuracy or truth of them, to whom the notice was distributed, and a few other details - none of which are posted.
