Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
I want to form a family savings fund. The purpose of the fund will be simply to assist family members in time of dire need. There of course will be a board of members that will make decisions on fund disbursements. I would also like to have the ability to invest and earn interest on fund money, with all profits being put back into the fund. How do i legally form this? Is it a non-profit, a trust fund?

You get a lawyer and set up a trust. It's not likely to qualify as a non-profit, but a lawyer will know how to do this.
