Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
I just formed an LLC in Georgia and I want to know what is the cost to have by-laws incorporated?

That is not a question for an internet forum. Call lawyers in your area who do business law and ask them.
By the way you ask the question it seems that you need some legal help. First, most LLCs do not utilize by-laws. Instead, it used an operating agreement (like a partnership agreement) to determine internal rules and regulations. Further, the agreement is not incorporated or otherwise registered with the Secretary of State; it is simply an internal document of the company.
