Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
freedom of religion
a business has a back log of orders and to meet its deadline works the employees 7 days a week 8 hours a day. One employee refuses to work based on religion. Therefore employee is fired and replaced otherwise it may not meet the deadline. Has the employees right to religion been violated.
