How should a garnishment be answered by an employer?

If you are the employer (garnishee), you should have gotten a form from the clerk's office. If you didn't get this form, contact the clerk's office and they will provide one for you.

YES, you should answer the garnishment, if not, YOU will be paying the debt for your employee!!! Don't delay, the whole game is to get the employer on the hook for paying a debt of the employee.
