Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Georgia LLC
I am the trustee of an irrevocable trust formed in NY; the trust allows me to invest trust funds in real estate. Can I form a Georgia LLC (for real estate investment) with me, my wife, and this trust as members?
Thank you.

Re: Georgia LLC
Yes. The trust can be an owner of the LLC. However, there may be issues in New York regarding your duty to the trust. You will need to check with a New York trust attorney to determine your responsibilities.
