Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
"Can I give away a product for free but charge a processing and handling fee? If so, is there a max amount that I can charge? Does it have to be worded a certain way? And does the processing and handling have to be itemized for the customer to review? "

Yes, you can charge whatever you want for S&H as long as the customer agrees to that amount when "purchasing" the product.
