Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Im gonna be open I was screwed by my business partner
I went into business and my so called business partner had me arrested and took the company right out from under me , while in jail she took out a restraining order and moved the office. I do Insurance billing and do the credentcialing for her with insurance companies and so on. She had me arresseted Identity fraud . I need help on how to clear my name!

Get a lawyer. Arrests and restraining orders and pending legal matters are not appropriae for free message boards like this one.
