Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
What is a good resource or reference to understand the laws regulating the tax implications and rules of a Georgia business ( sole proprietorship or LLC ) recieving gifts ( monetary, sponsored events, giving of a product, etc.) from another Georgia business or individual? or Buisness or individual based anywhere in the country/ world?
1 Answer from Attorneys
You should retain the counsel of a local business attorney and a good tax advisor. Law and tax are not subjects that can easily be understood with some simple resources.
