Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Illegal to refuse change?
I recently visited a place of business that told me that they did not accept more than one dollar in change. Is this legal or is currency currency? How can I respond with legal proof to a business that tells me this.

Absent unusual circumstances, the business does not have to do business with you at all, and you certainly do not have to patronize a business when you disagree with their policies. You cannot force them to transact business with you and accept change.
