Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Incorrect company name on a contract
I have signed a contract with a company that listed itself as an Inc. on the contract but the company is in fact a LLC. Is this contract binding and valid? Or have a I signed a contract with a company that technically does not exist.

Re: Incorrect company name on a contract
Probably not. Unless the typo has some other relevance, it is simply that, a typo.
