Judgement

i am in busness with 2 others guys

one of the guys decided not to pay a loan with out me knowlegs now a judgement if being filed what can i do i though he payed

I'm unlcear on exactly what you are asking, but if they have filed a lawsuit, you need to retain an attorney and respond to it. Even if a suit has not been filed, you should consult with a local business attorney.
