Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
We were law abiding citizens of US for 29 yrs, recession of 2009 took our large business under, we left the country owing money to sales and use tax, vendors and clients..One client was big celebrity who threatnend criminal charges as we had failed to keep trust accounts for all..had no money to fight back a big cebrity with already behind in business..now we may have some criminal charges and some civil..celebrity got a judgement...How can we return safely to make it good again?
