Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

Law Suit

Good Afternoon,

I had a couple of quick question that I was wondering if someone could help me with.

Last Friday I visited Chic-Fila here in Atlanta Georgia, and when eating my brownie I discovered that I had a piece of hair in my mouth as well as another piece of hair sticking out of the brownie. After discovering that I had to run to the bathroom, and bring up all the contents after I discovered that what I did. I am very traumatized by this, and I have come to a conclusion that I can no longer eat fast food because of this issue. Is there any form of action that I can take against Chic-Fila in regards to this issue?

Thanks In Advance for your help,

Re: Law Suit

If you are asking whether or not having a hair in your brownie is like winning the lottery, the answer is no -- the same answer in a case whether such an accident happened with food you prepared. Sucvh accidents happen, and in most cases, a fear of fast food would not likely be deemed a reasonable response (though it may be a healthier response). You don't state anything about bringing it to their attention at the time of the incident, or whether the "trauma" came afterwards, but they likely would have provided some coupons, in addition to the free neal.
