Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Is it legal for the board of directors of a homeowners association to host a private holiday party for just themselves and their spouses in which the association foots the bill? This was not an expense shown in the proposed budget for the year. Example: BOD spent $750 to go out to dinner with their spouses and they rented a vehicle for $140 as well.

The answer is the same as the last time you asked. If you have a problem with the HOA ot how they spend funds (short of stealing the money), resolve it with the HOA. Run for office or get others to vote them out.
