Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Is it legal for a corporation incorporated in Oregon to conduct business in the state of georgia if the status of the corporation in Oregon was administratively dissolved. If it is legal, is the officer of the Oregon corporation obligated to disclose that they are conducting business under a dissolved corporate entity?

It's not legal unless they register in Georgia properly.

The status in Oregon is not relevant to Georgia, but the company must be registered as a foreign company in Georgia.
