Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Is it legal to refuse to allow someone in your store?
I purchased many things from an outlet mall store and one day they told me they had tracked all of my purchases and based on my purchase history, they think I am reselling the items. They then told me that I could no longer shop at their store and a ''sister'' store in the same outlet mall. This is a publicly held company and I wrote to the president asking for something in writing indicating that I am no longer permitted to shop in their stores. I HAVE bought alot at their stores. I have not heard back from the company and I spoke to a district manager who told me that they won't put anything in writing. Is there anything I can do?

Same answer as before - the easy and obvious thing you can do is "shop" elsewhere. A business is not required to do business with you (there are few exceptions not relevant here).
