Limitations on billing
I am a GC and want to know if a subcontractor can bill on a job from 2006.

If you are referring to statute of limitations, then the answer depends on when exactly the contract was made and what type of contract it was. Breach of contract claims typically have limitations of 4 to 6 years.

In addition, if you are referring to how long they can send you a bill (or call, etc.), there is generally no limit.
