List BRAND NAMES of cigarettes in booklet

I was thinking about writing a Stop Smoking Booklet. Can I get into any trouble listing the different ''BRAND NAMES'' and their ''TAR LEVELS'' of cigarettes on the market today in the booklet???

There is no guarantee that they will not take some type of legal action, but there is no legal problem with simply listing a brand name and the tar levels as long as the information is accurate and you do not use their logo or slogan or otherwise disclose any non-public information.
