Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
I live in Georgia and have a DBA/Sole Propietor for an Online Business but now 1 year later, I would like to rename my Business. Is there an easy way to do a name change without having to refile everything?

If you want to use another DBA, you only need to file a new trade name application with the local superior court. Otherwise, I am not sure what you mean by "refile."
