Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
I am currently living abroad for an extended time period. Is it possible to execute a power of attorney from abroad authorizing a family member to administer the sale of an automobile that I own in the USA, without having to travel to the USA to execute the documents? I need to act quickly and will not be in the states again for some time.

Powers of attorney are frequently used to sell vehicles. An option that may be even easier is FedEx - simply FedEx paperwork back and forth. If you go the POA route, speak to a lawyer.
