Can I form another business under my LLC? Like Taylor Enterprise, LLC and I want to start a service business; can this business fall under Taylor Enterprise, LLC?

Re: Llc

Certainly. However, there are many ways to do it. For example, the new LLC could be wholly owned by the current LLC or the current LLC could simply use a trade name (d/b/a).
